b. Copy of Form 9
c. Copy of Form 49
d. Copy of Utility Bill with your company address (Electric or Water)
e. SMK Application Form & Letters completed with signature & company stamp

Things to take note:
1. For every page of documents, please endorse with director initials & company stamp.
2. We will take 1-2 business days for our approval when we receive your full documents.
3. Johor Customs office are closed on every Friday & Saturday.
