RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support full spectrum of finance, handle accounting duties
• Assist with preparation of year end financial report and taxation
• Manage accounts payables and/or receivables.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Assist in preparation of full set of accounts
• Updating and monitoring cash flow, prepare monthly cash flow statement
• Follow-up on payments, monthly statements
• Maintain proper accounting reports and filing.

REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably with Diploma of Bachelor qualifications in Accountancy
• Relevant experience for each respective roles

Requirements

• Some experience in shipping, logistics or warehousing.
• Ability to multi-task & organize work systematically
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing & demanding environment
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good oral & presentation skills

Responsibilites

• Coordinate &  liaise with freight forwarders on logistics issues
• Monitor & keep track of delivery status of critical inbound/outbound shipments
• Processing customer’s orders
• Prepare invoices & delivery orders, packing list for import & export deliveries
• Ensure accuracy of inventory
• Work closely with Warehouse Assistant to schedule all deliveries
• Assisting in sales quotation preparation

• Detail-oriented, organized & able to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Lively, energetic individual with a friendly disposition
• Min 1 year working experience

Responsibilites

• Perform import / export permit declaration
• Raise cheque for DO fee / GST payment
• Job receiving for full container load
• Follow up FCL returning, email receipt for detention & repairs
• Monitor & control the process of job completion
• Arrange for fumigation
• Coordinate with customers for shipments & required documentation
• Perform any other tasks as & when assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Able to drive 10 – 40 footer
• 9 AM – 6 PM
• OT Pay provided for overtime
• Part-time or Full-time positions available
• Physically fit
